Delivery & Shipping
Shipping & Delivery: Free shipping is available on all orders placed in India.
Standard Shipping: All items are delivered within 7-10 working days.
During SALE, shipping time is longer than usual and will take upto 10-15 working days for delivery. No exchange/return on sale items
Express Shipping: We also provide the option of 1 day shipping in Delhi / NCR only. For urgent shipping in other cities please contact us. We do provide a 2-3 day shipping option for metro cities.
For all express orders, a fee of INR 300 is charged.

Return & Cancellation
For all orders shipped out, we adhere to an exchange/store credit policy only (no refund).
In a rare case if you do receive damaged or soiled products, please send us digital photos of the product at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving it. We'll assist you with the same.
Similarly if you receive an incorrect product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within a period of 7 days from the date you received the product and we will take care of the rest.
We are unable to exchange or refund used, laundered or customer damaged goods. Items that do not match these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. Please place the unused, unwashed, resalable clothes with original tags and packaging in a secure and waterproof seal-able bag and send the same to us.
Cancellation is only possible before an order is processed from our end. Once an order has been processed, we will not be unable to cancel the order. For cancellation please email email@example.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Store credit will be provided against cancellation of an order.
There is no cancellation, exchange or refund possible for any products on sale.
