Returns

You can return an item within 15 days of receiving the product. We do not accept returns on bulk order.

No returns/exchange on SALE items.

Your item must be unused & in the same condition as received. Return will be approved only after a quality check has been done on the returned products.
All items can be returned for a credit coupon applicable for online purchase (directly from us). The credit coupon will be issue with 10-15 working days of the approval of the returned product. The entire amount of the product (excluding shipping cost) will be credited to the coupon code. You can use this coupon code for any future purchase within 6 months of receiving it.

The customer has to courier the returnable items to our address. The customer has to bear the shipping cost of returning the items.

Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellation is only possible before an order is processed from our end. Once an order has been processed, we will be unable to cancel the order. For cancellation please email info@theemodernroots.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Store credit will be provided against cancellation of an order post 12 hours.
There is no cancellation, exchange or refund possible for any products on sale.
